Planned preventative maintenance and bespoke contracts

Many of our services are provided to clients as a planned preventative maintenance package, with our team attending site periodically (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly) to ensure systems such as HVAC and M&E are running well and showing no signs of wear or potential break down. However we can go beyond that with services such as general repairs, cleaning or ongoing custodial support; we're flexible to your needs whether you require careful servicing of complex electrical and plumbing systems or a simple repair to a broken door.
